CC Transfer Service

The CC Transfer Service is a high-value generating service. CC Transfer Service makes your hired transportation equipment (RTIs) accessible to you when you need it, where you need it – while saving costs at the same time.

Transfer

Once you’ve delivered your products to their end destination, you don’t need to ship the empty RTIs back. You simply hand in your empty RTIs at the nearest CC depot – and an administrative balance will be “moved” to another depot where you can collect the corresponding number of RTIs. It is just like putting money in the bank – and cashing the same amount of money (but not the same notes and coins) at a different division of the bank, maybe in another country. A transfer fee is paid to CC per RTI transferred.

 

Availability

The CC Transfer Service ensures continual availability of all your contracted RTIs. CC Transfer Service takes care of your return logistics while you obtain savings – because the need for additional RTIs is reduced.

CC Transfer Service also allows exporters from non-European countries, e.g. the Far East or Latin America, to export potted plants or other commodities in / on CC RTIs. CC secures availability of the needed RTIs in non-European countries via depot facilities or direct shipments of RTIs to the customers. The filled RTIs are shipped from non-European countries to Europe, and after they have been emptied, they can simply be handed in at the nearest CC depot in CC’s comprehensive European depot network.
