Working in CC
Container Centralen (CC) is an international company which has specialized in operating a pool of returnable transport items (RTIs) in the CC Pool System. CC depots and sales offices are situated in a number of cities in Europe, and now also spreading to other parts of the world.
CC Employees
CC operate and think globally - but we also act locally. To run our business we need internationally minded employees to co-ordinate the activities in and between the offices, and they must be fluent in English. At the same time, we believe that it is very important to be as close to our customers as possible. We therefore also need employees for each area in which CC operate who are fluent in the relevant local language and have a good understanding of the local culture, to be able to service each local market in the best way.
CC employees are therefore just as diverse as the countries in which we are operating. But just as the CC Pool System creates order in a chaotic world of different transportation needs, the working culture of CC unifies all colleagues around the same goals.
Every employee gets a detailed job description, and all job descriptions are available to the entire CC organisation via our CC Intranet. To ensure further development of the employee as well as her/his job, appraisal interviews are held annually to follow up on the goals and expectations of the employee as well as those of her/his superior.
