What do I do if a padlock cannot be scanned using a scanner which is designed for CC Container RFID padlocks?
You cut the lock off the container and submit it to CC for further investigation. Please fill in and enclose the quality control form.
You will receive a new RFID padlock if the padlock is approved by CC. If the padlock is fake it will be confiscated.
What do I do if the padlock is damaged, and is no longer safely attached on the container?
You cut the padlock off, gather all the parts and send them to CC for further investigation. Please fill in and enclose the quality control form. You will receive a new RFID padlock if the padlock is approved by CC, and the damage has been caused unintentionally.
